In this heart-catching film, you will join Larry Hines, the founder and President of the Academy, and walk deep into the Kibera and Mathare slums and see firsthand how hundreds of thousands of orphans really live on a day-by-day basis. You will then see how the Academy is taking these orphans by the hand and literally changing their lives forever. The film makes it clear that to change a life, you can’t just go into a slum area and give occasional aid and then leave town. You have to take an orphan by the hand and hold on tight.
